Does this fit a 2008 Adventure Mfg. Timberlodge RV slide out?

I need to know which part fits my 2008 Adventure Mfg Timberlodge RV. My slide will not attempt to slide back in. Battery was tested and fully charged. Slide out has been acting up with starting and stopping. Now it has quit working entirely and is stuck open.

I would need you to provide the numbers on your current actuator or motor to find the replacement. There should be a manual operation access hole that you would attach a crank to and you will be able to crank the slide in as long as the actuator is not bent or damaged.
