I have what appears to be your city water flange on 2016 Coachmen. Used it a dozen times. Knob will not turn?

The knob is very tight and I do not think using a pipe wrench would be a good thing. How do I fix this? I can send picture if I had an email for you.

Yes you would not want to use a wrench on this city water flange. Sometimes these can get obstructed so the one thing you will want to do is un-screw it and remove it. Make sure nothing is obstructing and clean it up, install it back to see if it works. If it does not then you may have to replace it.
