My compressor is not running fan is, replaced hard start and run no change. Could this control box cause this?

It could be a control box, a freeze sensor, the thermostat on the wall, a loose wire or a short in a wire. I would start at the control box and check for 120 volts between the purple and yellow wires on the 9 pin. If you need to replace it and need to know what control box, I would need to know what model AC unit you have. Thanks
