This will bend and make a corner, but it will not bend to an exact 90 degree angle. If it is installed by a certified installer, everything should be sealed properly. Some people who install it themselves cut it and it will overlay a little bit, which would not be too much of an issue. Or you can cut the pieces at an angle so that you will not have the overlay. Whether or not the seal will be tight depends on how its installed and who installs it.
