In your typical setup pic, you show tank, on top port and propane appliance, on side port, is this correct setup?
MB Sturgis 103539 Quick Disconnect Sturgi-Stay Deluxe Kit
LP Hoses
All instructions show auxiliary tank, connected to side (where 1/4" inlet port, is located on non QC models) and high-pressure propane appliance, connected to top port (On non QC). Does it make a difference, if hoses are reversed as shown in pic or does either work as well?
Could two appliances or tanks, be hooked up with correct hoses?

No, it does not make a difference if the hoses are reversed. Yes, you can hook two appliances or tanks up to it. If you plan on hooking two tanks to this connection, you may want to turn one valve off and use one tank at a time.
