I read up on some other reviews about the stainless steel extenders and most people claim that they come loose because of the weight that it pulls while you are driving on the freeway. The rubber valve extenders are a little lighter and may work better for you. Also when installing, you may need to use a valve stem stabilizer to make sure they do not move around while driving.
