My 15 amp amp-l-start charger seems to always say charging with new starting batteries? (LSL Products AMP-L-START 15 Amp Starting Battery Charger)

It could possibly be that the unit is faulty. If so, unfortunately the Amp-L-Start is no longer available. If looking for a replacement you could possibly go with a BatteryMinder Unit. Below are the ones we carry, one to check out would be the 128CEC1, linked below.
