I have water coming into Simple Chuck system but not coming out? (Simple Chuck SC-DCRR Replacement Resin Filters)

Not being able to see your setup, is it possible you have the pressure regulator hooked up to the system instead of the faucet? Please verify that the gold pressure regulator is hooked to the hose spigot.
