Unfortunately we are unsure what head is used on the Gulf Stream Conquest 259BHL. You will want to look at the plate how it is mounted. This one is flush with bottom of channel. This is also the adjustable one and it fits on a 2" tube. I have included a dimensional diagram for this head below.
