Yes the TST-507 TPMS can be used on a 5th wheel. It includes a signal booster that will help with signal when there are other RF signals. The range is upwards of 60 linear feet from tire to monitor, but it depends on how many interferences there are. Repeater is also used in instances when the distance between the receiver and sensors is greater than 34ft. I spoke with my contact at TST and they said that they normally recommend the cap sensors instead of the flow through sensor with 5th wheels as they are lighter and do not stick out as far.
