I apologize as I am not sure what you mean by the "ball Part". I reached out to my contact at Blue Ox, the swivel ball assembly has a very specific set up that only Blue Ox takes care of. If you are needing to get a replacement or to get it installed, you will need to contact Blue Ox Customer Care line at 800.228.9289.
