The Dexter Axle Over/Under Conversion Kits are built for trailers, not for trucks, so it would not work with your 2005 F150 SuperCrew.

The Dexter Axle Over/Under Conversion Kit - 2 3/8' Tube is only for use with double eye springs and converts the location of the leaf spring from top to bottom or vice versa.
