The 34950 Surge Protector has an LED screen and also has a higher joule rating as well. We do have a comparison guide that is ever changing with new updates and items. I will post a link to this comparison chart below so you can check out the differences between each one. Surge Guard did just release a new line of products so we are working on getting the newer parts information added to this list.

The 34950 has a redesigned case, an improved brass design for durability and reduce the heat build-up in the receptacle. The 34950 also has a locking ring for theft protection. The 34950 is not much different than the 34850, it just has some updated features.
