I am assuming when you are saying that when you turn the output off, all other faucets won't run but the shower faucet does, correct? In this case it would seem that the shower faucet is the issue. The Phoenix P432V-i Two Handle RV Shower Faucet may possibly correct the issue, but because we don't know the plumbing in your 2017 Jayco Precept, we can't say for sure.
