On this RV kitchen faucet is the stainless steel ball the diverter?

My kitchen Dura has stopped running, all other faucets in the rv work. I think it is the diverter but I am not sure how to replace it on this particular faucet. Any help would be appreciated.

That particular part on the faucet is a valve. Did you check to see if there is a clog in the pipes or sometimes in the spout tip it can clog. Below is a link to the manual which shows an exploded view of all the parts.
