I spoke with Noah, a technician at King Controls. He said that there should be a wall plate power injector that has a switch on it. If this switch is in the on position, you should see your power light and the 4 LED lights light up. If this does not work, you may want to trouble shoot with the technician. The phone number and extension for the technician is, 952.922.6889 ext. 173. They are open until 7pm, Central Time, today.
