These 8001 tire inflators can work on wheels 16" to 19.5" and they are hub mounted. They are stainless steel and is a four hose kit (both inner & outer wheels). If you need different let me know the size tire you have and I can find what you need. I have also included the rubber valve stem supports if needed, linked below.
