Unfortunately the TurboKOOL would not be efficient enough for 395 sq ft., it is good for RV's up to 20'-25'. You would be better off going with an air conditioner unit.
Would this work for a Park Model home, about 395 square feet? TurboKOOL 2B-0001 RV Evaporative Air Swamp Cooler RV Air Conditioners
The home has one bedroom, an open kitchen and family room area, with a loft above.
