The 31683 is an Aqua Magic V Hand Flush model so the 24629 flush lever assembly will not work. Unfortunately Thetford made the flush lever built in on the Aqua Magic V Hand Flush model, so it is not a replaceable part on this toilet, if the lever breaks, you have to replace the toilet.
