Usually the error code you are getting is a result of a bad motor or wire harness from the controller to the motor. This error can also happen if the battery voltage drops below 12 volts directly from the battery. if this issue is only happening once in a while i would look at the wire harness possibly getting pinched during slide movement, or a wire is being pulled on the motor.
