For winterizing you do not need to fill the black tank with antifreeze. You want to make sure all water is out of your lines and tanks, run the antifreeze through the lines and then empty remains. You can have a little left in the tanks, but you do not want a lot. If you have any other questions, let us know.

Camco does not recommend diluting the anti-freeze so unfortunately we cannot say if this would work or how much to use. The best thing we can recommend would be to use tank heaters.

I'm just adding it to my black water tank for the next few days while the temperature is below freezing, I'm still using it, live in RV full time, would you put a whole gallon to last the next few days?
