Yes this Hughes Autoformer unit will work correctly for your application. EACH leg is 50 Amp and it is capable of 100 Amps total.
Will this Hughes Autoformer voltage booster work for both 50 Amp legs? 50AMP VOLT BOOSTER&SURGE PROTECTOR
The product description states 50 Amps but a RV pedestal has 100 amps (2 x 50 amps). Will it work for both?

Question: I have a 50 amp surge protector now. Can I still use it along with the Hughes Autoformer?
Answer: Yes you can still use the Hughes Autoformer with the 50 amp surge protector. You would want the surge protector before the Hughes though. Below 95 V the hughes will shut down.
