Does the Coleman Mach 7330F3852 thermostat have anything to do with why the Furnace will not ignite?

but the blower does comes on?

It most likely is not the thermostat. It could possibly be a propane or ignitor issue. If you can here a clicking when trying to start, then it could be a propane is, possibly with flow. If you don't hear anything then it may be the ignitor. It could also be the control board. It just all depends.
