can not open the Bauer EM RV lock with the key, whats wrong?

It is a possibility that there may be an obstruction with the deadbolt and that may be why the key won't turn the lock. If you would like to speak with a tech at Bauer, they should be able to talk you through how to fix it. 1-(866) 682-2837 hope this helps.
