Sounds like you may need to remove the hose to try and remove the clog.
How do you clear a blockage in between the inlet and the RV central vacuum? Dirt Devil CV1500 RV Central Vacuum System Without Rug Rat
Something is blocking the suction between the inside of the coach and the vacuum. The outside connection has full suction. I have tried to “fish” the line but the bends prohibit complete access.
