what does e-2 (open ground) mean on the EMS-HW50C surge protector? (Electrical RV Surge Protection)

Open Ground Protection: If AC power has an open ground condition, the EMS will read an error code of E-2 and power will not be allowed to the RV. If you would like to speak with tech support at Progressive they have a great tech department to help fix the error. Hope this helps.
