Yes this LP tank cover is made of a vinyl, I believe it is the same as the tire cover. This RV propane tank cover is made to fit many different size/styles of 40 lb. tanks.

Is this tank cover made of the same vinyl type material that adco tire covers are made of? They don't even last a year in our weather but they are so inexpensive that I just buy a few at a time. So please let me know if the materials are the same. Next my 40lb tanks are 29 inches tall, which seems to be standard, but these covers are 32 inches tall. Why is there so much extra height to these covers? Is there a hard white heavy duty tank cover available from adco?
