Unfortunately there is not a direct plug and play option for a towed vehicle wiring kit for the 2015 Lincoln MKT. You would need to use one of the universals like a bulb and socket, diode or one like the Hopkins 55999, which will involve some splicing of the wires. Below are links to some options.
