I'm not quite sure what you mean these coupler locks cannot be keyed alike, so they will not have the same lock.

The Fastway 86-00-5015 Maximum Security Universal Trailer Coupler Lock can not have 1 key for 4 locks. We unfortunately do not have a Coupler lock that can have 1 key the same for 4 locks. If you are looking for an actual pad lock, there is one linked below that is same key for all locks.
