Unfortunately there is not a base plate/bracket kit that would install with out modifications. You may be better using a tow dolly.
I want to tow a rented 2016 Wrangler 2 door. I need for this bracket to fit the rented Wrangler, no modifications Roadmaster 521448-5 2010 - 2018 Jeep Wrangler EZ5 Baseplate Dinghy Towing Accessories
