Can you temporarily bypass thermostat to get comfort?

According to Coleman, it sound like you are having an interference issue. They said to take the T-stat and put it in the off position. Take out the fuse, with it out turn all items off in the RV that run off of 12 V. Then put fuse back and don't touch thermostat for 2-3 minutes, it should start working like it should again. Then start turning on everything 1 by 1 until it freezes up again, that should tell you what item is causing the interference. Hope this helps.
