I have a new camper with a WF-9800 SERIES CONVERTER it does not charge my batteries ???

If this is a new camper with a new converter unit, then you may be under warranty and you will want to contact WFCO at 1.877.294.8997. If not check fuses and connections. You can also use a voltmeter to check power. Hope this helps.
