My shock mounts to the leaf spring plate. Can I redrill my stock plate and use with the new ubolts provided in kit (Dexter Axle K71-384-00 Over/Under Conversion Kit

I spoke with Dexter Axle and they stated that they never recommend redrilling into the stock plate. You may be able to use existing plate, but they would need to know more about your application before they could advise. The Dexter Axle Over/Under Conversion Kit - 2 3/8' Tube is only for use with double eye springs and converts the location of the leaf spring from top to bottom or vice versa.
