It could possibly be the seal or gasket, you may want to check and see if it is still there. Also make sure there is not a crack. If you need a new hose or replacement seal/gasket, I have included links below. Please check gasket size with the one you have or need: ID is .433"; OD is .745"; thickness is .1"
