For a high amount of wind with the Vacation'r you may want to use an awning stabilizer kit, like the one linked below.

Will these Vacation'r rooms hold up in high wind? Carefree 291000 Vacation'R Awning Enclosure 10'-11' Length RV Room Enclosures
We have high winds, is there additional support structures we can add to help with high winds? We saw a set up at Lazydays RV in Loveland and there were black supports anchored on the camper and legs at the front of the room for additional support.
