The Demco Base Plate will not work with your BX4322 RangeFinder II. Unfortunately they do not have an adapter for this application.
I have an Blue Ox BX4322 "Rangefinder II" Tow bar. Would this work with your base plate? Demco Chevy Sonic Base Plate # 9518294 For 2012 - 2015 Vehicles Dinghy Towing Accessories
It has roughly a 24" span between the "ears" that slipped into the slot between my old base plate arms.
