Question: Jack will retact but not extend. There is a position lock label by the switch. Does something need to be unlocked
Answer: There is no separate “travel lock” for these. Sometimes, if the jack becomes over extended or over retracted, it can lock up. Try gently assisting extension while pressing the button to free it.
