My Seelevel II model 709 LP has a different number every time it is pushed. Numbers from 17, 79, 101, 59. Why?

The only consistent number is for battery at 13.5. It is winterized with antifreeze. I would expect fresh, grey and black water to show zero, but their numbers change, too,similar to lp. I know grey and black water are inconsistent, but not lp.
