According to Winegard, Yes the heads themselves are physically the same, the RZ-5035 just comes with the adapter to replace a Sensar head.

Question: The small fin rattles in the wind. Is it defective as there are no way make it tighter.
Answer: I reached out to Winegard to be for sure and they said yes, there is no way to tighten the fin and it is normal for it to have some movement in wind.
