Below is a link to a manual for the old Franklin model that is very similar to the Contoure model RV-190S-CON. This may help. But when using the rack you have to use a dish that will fit with that rack. If using it with the long legs down then there is only going to be a small amount of room up top. You should be able to flip it over to give more room. If you would like to speak with Contoure, they may be able to explain more on this. Contoure: 866-407-1013. Hope this helps.
