According to the manufacturer, It will to an extent. Your original thermostat used a remote room sensor, where the new thermostat has the sensor built in. Usually when the remote room sensor is use, the thermostat is in a location that is not ideal. If this is the case, the only thermostat they have currently as a replacement for this would be 8530-3391. This is a heat pump thermostat, so you will have an extra function that you won’t use, but it should wire in just the same. If you need the 8530-3391, we currently do not have it on our site but we can still get it, your price would be $111.47 with free ground shipping in the US except Alaska and Hawaii. To place order please contact us at 866-332-7881 and one of our reps can help, just let them know you need part # 72-0863. Hope this info helps.
