This may require a few steps that involve some technical experience and if you don't feel comfortable or unsure I would recommend taking it to a dealer. I would be more than happy to give you the steps and they are as followed:
1. Take off front cover of thermostat.
2. Check the DIP switches (Looks like a tiny board with little on/off switches on it) on the board to put them in the configuration I will supply below;
3. When you have configured the DIP switches in the correct settings remove power from the upper control box for 5 - 10 seconds and reconnect to reset the thermostat and control box to reset it into Celsius
4. Verify that the measurement has been successfully changed.
