I have a 2000 PSW inverter with multiple 120V outlets. With use of adaptors can I combine 2 15A outlets with a 30A rv plug when dry camping? I know I would have to disconnect the converter/charger when using this pigtail.

According to the manufacturer, From the specifications you supplied, your two fifteen amp outlets are in parallel and you have only a total 15 amps available from your inverter. So there nothing to be gained from using the ADT230.
