We have this faucet in our new lance trailer the faucet itself moves where it is attached to counter top is this ok (Fresh Water Sinks & Faucets)

No the faucet is not supposed to move like that, there should be a locking nut underneath that you will need to tighten. Below is a link to the installation manual also.
