According to Lippert, the two motors you have requested info on are not compatable
the hole mounting pattern is close but .063" is enough to cause mounting concerns
the only thing that is a direct replacement for the D-300 is a F-350 but then you would need to install a controller to keep it from self destructing the system due to the higher torque
if there is already a control installed, the change would be perfect for a "sticky" room
