How do you handle 2 gray water tanks? (Garnet 709 SeeLevel II Tank Monitoring System)

According to the manufacturer, they have displays that monitor 2 gray tanks but it will say galley and gray instead of saying gray on both. These are part of our 4 tank systems. Any 3 tank system is always going to have fresh, gray and black.
