Yes, it did include 2 jacks for that price. The manufacturer was blowing out inventory, and it appears that this product is out of stock as of this posting. We do have this same product available in a 20-3/4" to 38-5/8" adjustable size for $19.84 and it does include the 2 stabilizers with plenty of stock.
