This will not if you are looking for a Blue Ox Base Plate you will need one of the 2 linked below. If you have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler/Wrangler Unlimited w/ ARB Stubby Bar, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X (Includes Hard Rock Edition) or Jeep Wrangler 75th Anniversary, you will want the BX1134. If you have Jeep Wrangler/Wrangler Unlimited (JK) (All Models w/ Standard Bumper), you will want BX1126.

Also since you have a reese tow bar you will need to use the adapter BX8833 linked below to hook this tow bar to a Blue Ox Base Plate. Hope this info helps and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
