I want to insert in a water line as a drain. if the valve is parallel to the straight thru connections (180 degree) then I assume the water flows thru. If it is turned to 90 degree position will it divert both sides of the 180 into the 90 degree line (which would be my drain). If not, what product do you have that I could use to drain the middle of a 3/8" line (I'm placing it at the low point of a line that rises on either side).
