I Just bought a pair of GSNI-5150-60 and found out that im not able to push in or out the rod ?

Spoke with the manufacturer and they stated that it is most likely because of the force. You need to use the same amount of force as the force is for the gas spring, the tech said that the best way to do this would be to use the ground and your body weight to close gas spring. Hope this info helps.
